ECNR: Docs required

I checked the Passport Office for documents required for getting your ECNR done.
Following is the small list. (Xerox/Original was not mentioned, hence no number of copies of xerox also!)

1. Original Passport
2. Filled Form#2
3. Proof for ECNR Clearance (12th pass certificate or beyond)
4. In case passport is not issued by the office where you want to get the ECNR done, proof of stay for 1 year (can be Residential agreement, Letter from employer)

Rest, once my ECNR is done, I will confirm the correct documents required.
