TOEFL...trouble with me..paper cancelled due to technical trouble at centre...new date given.november 10, 2006

Dear Sir/ Madam
I had scheduled a TOEFL – iBT exam appointment on October 1, 2006 at .. at 2.30 PM IST. The exam was cancelled because of some technical problem at the test centre. I reached the test centre before the allotted time, but the process didn’t start till late in the afternoon. After that I, along with around 60 other candidates, was told that there is some technical problem and hence the exam is cancelled.
I would like to know what measures will be taken by you, since first the incident has led to enormous wastage of time and mental harassment and second, upset my schedules in regard to my university application processes. In case exam re-schedule is the solution, I would be really thankful if some convenient date is given to me, after October 17, 2006 at any centre, other thank Almaz Software Solutions, since this centre has had the same problem once earlier also leading to the cancellation of the exam.
